Farmall C Bolt hole ?

Since I don't have any implements, I have a question about a bolt hole and what might bolt there.
Near the top and to the rear of the transmission case there is a tapped hole on each side...maybe about a 3/4 inch hole.
On the left side of my tractor the hole has part of the casting toward the rear broken out.
I've looked through the photo gallery without finding anything that might give me a clue and there really aren't any Farmalls in my area to speak of..... I live in "ford country", so I thought I'd ask here on the forum.

Thanks !
Gary

The bolt under neath the battery was used for the 2 furrow plow hookup. The plow had a long beam that went under the SC and connected via clevis to the harness that was bolted on below the battery box. I believe the harness was also bolted to the 2 holes in the bell housing. It has been over 50 years since I help put a plow on a SC.

Hi if you look at the SC in the image link you will see a 2 furrow plow attached. The rear cultivator and mower used the same rear lift arm.

JB, This photo is what I needed....I think....
The hole that I was talking about is right near where the work light is bolted.....one on each side.
The hole isn't broken totally out, but a good portion of it is, so...I guess if I ever get something that needs it, I'll have to find another case somewhere.

Thanks for your's and everyone's input.

Gary

A cultivator rear lift brackect attached there. A long rod went up both sides of tractor to connect to the touch control lift. I don't know if mounted plow or corn planter used these holes. Our mounted hay mower did not use thes holes. There is probaly other implements that attached there. What is serial #? I am interested in finding # 2928 or #2932 or # close.

I have a 3/4" hole on each side of the transmission torque tube right below the battery. I also have a pair of 5/8" holes on each side right below the hydraulic unit on a small machined flat spot. I don't have anything that bolts there but I'm sure that there is something like a mid-mount blade or belly mower. Maybe even something like the cornpicker or some other implement. I'm sure that Farmall had a use for it or it wouldn't have been there.
