What are Super A's bringing in your area? I may have the chance to buy one, haven't seen it yet but it's supposed to be straight, carb is dirty/out of adjustment the owner says so that it won't run much faster than idle. I'm thinking it's a $1500-2000 tractor as Super A's sell good here, usually $2500 up. Was interested to see what they were bringing elsewhere.

Thanks,
Al

Al: Sounds about right from here in Canada. Watch that throttle problem, it could be governors.

Al, Just missed an older Super A about a month ago, wanted $750, looked rough but complete. As the tobacco program dwindles to oblivion you will see more and more old iron sell fairly cheap. Most(not all) farmers have gone to two row cultivators(SC,H,SH,M,etc) and the one rows are plentiful. A one row tobacco setter sold last week at auction.....five dollars...and it was a later, updated model with cushioned seats.
