What are the advantages to have a a model, like an M, with a LP tank as opposed to regular gas. Are these tractors more fuel efficient? More valuable?

I believe that LP used to be cheaper than gasoline, and could have been more fuel efficient, someone else can answer that. LP is cleaner burning, meaning the engine should run longer between overhauls. As more and more diesel tractors were produced, LP tractors eventually ended production. M's were not factory, but were conversions. I believe Super M's were factory. An LP M conversion, or a factory Super M is probably worth no more than a gasoline M/Super M, unless someone really wants one. A valuable tractor, from a collectors standpoint might be something like a LP Super MV-TA, not many of those were produced.
