No broken beads

I am having a hard time breaking off the beads of my rear tires. I finally gave up and cut the tires off but still cant remove the bead. Any suggestions?

Use a 4-1/2" angle grinder to grind away a section of the old bead, just don't grind into the rim. When you get close to going through, cut it and work your way around with a cold chisel.

Don't be too surprised if the rim is bad.

Since you have cut the beads, how about spraying your favourite penetrating liquid around the rims.

What I have done in the past is use a front end loader with down pressure. Put the prongs of the loader bucket as close to the rims as possible and then lower the bucket. Work your way around the rim.
Another method used was driving over the tire with the rear wheel of another tractor. Again drive as close to the rim as possible.

Professionals use a pointed bar with a slide hammer on it. Something like the tool to drive steel fence posts.
