I know of someone in Minnesota with a prototype Farmall regular, that's rare. A member of my antique engine club has a Super BN, and although it's true story is sworn to secrecy by the owner, it has been rumored that it may be a prototype tractor scrapped by IH but hiden by someone. I do have to agree with the Super 70 series tractors, never mass produced, but in my book, a line that would have changed the face of agriculture forever and put IH right on top of the market. Case Tenneco scraped all that, and I think they just didn't want to admit that IH had better tractors. The reason for the purchase was the axial flow combine, anyway.

I saw a Super C Christmas tree special at the RED POWER ROUND UP this summer. The guy said there was only like 7 made by IH.

An international tractor repair man told me that there were only 19 models made of the International 650 gas tractor which is the model I have. Does anyone know if that is true? And does anyone know if there is a market for one and approximately how much one might sell for? Thanks.

How about the 7388,7588 and 7788 4wd. I think only 2 of each model were built.

Not sure if it was the 300 or 350 diesel...a
highcrop of the rarer one would be hard to find if
their are any

There is a Farmall 400 high crop all fuel that the owner claims is the only one made.

Well, I posted, then did my homework. The model HT340 gas turbine is the only one in existence, and was in the Smithsonian Institute for many years. It is now on loan to I&I club in Pensfield Illinois

I'd also add a 1947 Super A--they only made 81 of them, full scale production started in '48.

Sure would like to find one of those!

49Cubber, you mean the 3rd Super A?? That I would like to see!! Of course since he only showed you the rear end, is it >>REALLY<< 250003?? :)

I seem to recall the 40-somethingth advertised in the YT photo ad's a few years back. I would surely like to have one of the first 81 Super A's in my collection one day.

He claimed it was the third Super A built, and he knew where the 2nd one was but wouldnt tell me,or anyone so that when it went up for sale he was going to get it no matter what. Also claims he has the last regular A built but wouldnt show it at all to me.DOnt know if i beleive him or not but he did know what he had in his collection otherwise.I think he may be just a little full of it,not all the way, just a little.

How many Farmall 340 Diesel Rowcrops did they make? Are there less 240 rowcrop diesels or 340 row crop diesels?
