Removing front flat tire on 47 M

Have a '47 M with single front wheel. I have owned the tractor for about 1 year and noticed that the front tire is flat. What is the proper way to remove the tire? Do I remove the large nuts, one on either side of the wheel (looks like I might need a 1/2 in. drive for that)?

Any help would be appreciated, since not familiar with single fronts. Is it worth my time to convert to narrow front instead with 2 tires? The tractor isn't used for field work.

Actually the easiest way to do it yourself is to dismount the tire with the wheel still on the tractor. Or you can remove just eh rim and tire and take it to town and have them to it
Just drive the other tire up on a block and then the tire you want to change will be up in the air.
I hope you have a couple of tire dismounting bars they make it reall easy
Hope this helps

That won't work. he has a single front. You must jack up the front, remove the safety bolts in the bottom of each side of the fork, then loosen the big nuts and the wheel and axle will drop down, Then you can take the wheel and tire to the tire shop if you don't want to fix it yourself.
