The only book I have shows NA for production numbers for this model. The owner called it a 350 "B" Utility, is there such a thing as a "B"?Thanks for your help. Glen

According to Guy Fay there were about 13000 produced, including gas, diesel, and LPG, probably also high utilities. LPG tractors were popular in the 50's as evidenced by the number of aftermarket conversions before IH finally produced them. Even so, I bet only 10% or so were LPG. A rare tractor would be an LPG high utility.

There is no such thing as a 350B Utility. In our area, only a small presentage of tractors sold were the utility type. However, at that time, most were LPG models. I do not know how many International 350 Utility LPG tractors were built.

Hi Harold,

Thanks for the info. I didn't see a listing in the book I have for a "B" either. I was going by what the owner told me. Would you know of a source for parts? I'm told the shaft between the clutch and transmission went out. I would like to have a source for this shaft before I purchase the tractor.
Thanks,
Glen

I don't know if they have the shaft, but lots of 350 parts are still available from a Case/IH dealer. Especially a older dealer that will take the effort to look. Also salvage yards.

Does this thing have a TA (torque amplifier)? On many/most of these tractors it occupied the space between the clutch and tranny. If it's gone out, you have a different sort of problem to deal with than finding a new shaft (I wouldn't expect a shaft would be something which would fail, TAs on the other hand, are a common problem).
