LW, From the factory the 650 was available with either 23.1 X 26 or 18.4 X 34 tires and wheels. Both of these options had cast centers. The 26 inch centers were really beefy. The 34 inch wheels had oval shaped holes around the outer edge of the wheel. The 8 bolt hubs were IH and available through the parts department. If you want to sell those 8 bolt hubs I will buy them.

The J would be reference to the clutch. The sheetmetal wheels are not standard. All 650's had cast wheels from the factory. Power steering was a factory option on the 650. On the 650, there was not a seperate model "Rice Field Special" as in the WR-9, but you could equip it from the factory with all of the features of the previous WR models such as; tires, decellarator, hand clutch, etc.

If those are IHC hubs with the steel wheels, they are parts department hubs and wheels. All 650's came with cast rear wheels regardless of tire sizes. The previous owner probably found it was considerably less cost to buy hubs and steel wheels than to buy cast wheels and new rims to change the tire size.

Ok but these wheels are factory and in the 150 years of IH boof it mentions 18X26 tires as an option for rice field specials, this tractor has a cast iron 8 bolt hub that is factory,it is a hand clutch and the seat is really different it folds up and back flips out of the way sideways so it could be over by the fender out of the way not just behind you, it also has no pto,or belt pulley , but it has a standard drawbar, I was wondering if it was an industrial?

Your description of the seat sounds like the factory unit. I have a SWD9 with the 26 in wheels and it has cast iron wheels. The rear axles have splines on them, I don't see how they got a cast hub on that tractor. There was no stamped steel wheel available for those tractors,
