Rich: Wagner made several models of loaders. Most of them always seemed like just too heavy load for most small tractors, so may be it will work. Hard to imagion a loader from an 8N fitting on a 460 Utility. I once mounted a Wagner from a Cockshutt 540 on my Farmall 300. What you must do here is measure tractors for chassis width and length. Then measure on the 8N height from ground of mounting points, to determine just where this will have to place on 460. That subframe for loader will have to remain very close on those measurments from ground. If it will do that and still fit around tractor you have a match.

Thanks Hugh,..... The IH 460 utility is several hundred miles away, I was hoping to eliminate a long trip. Have a good day, Rich

Rich: When you are making that much of a change, you want to get it right. No point in putting in a lot of time and expence only to have it not work. You surely must agree that a Ford 8N is a far cry in size from a IH 460 Utility. I have seen several different models of Wagner loaders. I'm not saying it can or can't be done, but you want to be doing a lot of measurments. Manuals and Spec sheets for Wagner loaders were hard enough to come by when they were new and that is close to 40 years ago. I see no solution but getting out measuring devices and calculator and drawing a few diagrams. That is what I had to do 35 years ago.
