Don - Punch below for a photo of an apparently complete but unpainted O-4 spotted at a show last weekend.

For Nebraska tests IHC used the test results from tests 342 and 353 for the W-4. The results are as follows: Test 342 W-4 distillate, 23.11 max belt hp, 21.38 max db hp, 3297 lbs max pull @ 2.21 mph, Corrected to standard conditions 24.87 max belt hp, 22.49 max dbhp. Test 353 W-4 gasoline, 26.21 max belt hp, 23.97 max dbhp, 3671 max lbs pull @ 2.16 mph, corrected to standard conditions 27.89 max belt hp, 25.67 max dbhp. The O-4 was a fully shielded orchard tractor. The OS-4 had the shielded type hood and low seating position but did not have the full orchard shielding on the hood sides or the orchard fenders.

the 0-4 has the same engine as the H farmall. If you can find the book "Farmall letter series tractors" by guy fay a;nd andy k. look on page 70.

I have an 0-4 that I just finished restoring.

good luck
