I am wondering if anyone out there has made a snowplow for a farmall C? Or did IHC make that as an attachment? I've never seen one so I really don't know. If anyone has made one and can post a picture or explain a little about it please let me know! I'm looking at purchasing a C but I REALLY need it to be able to plow snow so if I can't get a plow made or something it won't be worth the money. Thanks for any help.

Almost Forgot... Do they make aftermarket 3 point hitch's for the C?

Thanks again

Mark,

IH did make a front blade. They are out there to be found. Somewhat rare. Hold onto your wallet. They can be front mounted or mid mounted underneath the rockshafts.

Also, I have the Saginaw 3 point on my C. Love it. Best thing I ever bought...

Check out the pictures.

Brian Thats a very nice C you have there. I am trying to find one at a good price so I can maybe then afford one of those plows. If I can find one... currently I'm looking at one for $1200. How much did you pay for yours? and did you restore it like that?

Thanks

mark

I've got one for a super c. I think it's called a #72 leveling blade, made by IH. It works good, although it's not as much fun plowing as it was when i got it 14 yrs. ago. I've seen them for sale on ebay. I'd buy the c and an old chevy plow truck with a heater.
