I have a 300 utility with a Davis Backhoe. One of the Outrigger legs has a blown hose. I cannot get a wrench down inside to remove the old hose and was wondering how I can get the whole leg to slide out of the tube. Is this possible? Does anyone have any experience with one of these.

Thanks,

Phil

I'm just guessing, because I don't know how your outrigger is built, but you could probably take the pin out that holds the leg and cylinder inside the tube. That should let everything come down so you can get to the fitting.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that, but there are two metal pieces that are welded inside the tube at the bottom to beef up the shoe mounting holes. The cylinder stops on top of them. I was trying to get the whole leg to slide out of the tube, but it does not seem to want to move.

Thanks,

Phil
