I'm restoring a 200, do I need to change anything to go from a flat top pistons to a step top pistons? Will my head work OK. Thanks for your input.

Your head will work fine. I have gone the full gamut, all the way from the old istillate, low compression pistons to the high altitude pistons. You will have to buy the pistons and sleeves as a set. You will also want to measure the bottom diameter of the old sleeve and make certain the new one has the same diameter (outside diameter. The top will be the same. No problem at all. It will make a big difference. Good luck.
