Farmall H brake cover

I am rebuilding a farmall H and I lost the bolts that bolt the steel brake covers on. What size are they and how long thanks. I also lost transcover bolts how many and what are the different lengths. Thanks Lee

well, seeing as you have the tractor there you can count holes and measure as well as anyone. the transmission cover bolts are 7/16. The original ones had a heavier head than the ones you will buy today. not sure on the caps for the brake cover. they are either 5/16 or 3/8. A good rule of thumb a cap screw will thead in about the depth of what 2 normal nuts for that size would be.

The tracter is 3 hours away from were I live I get to work on it about once a month . I am trying to save some time so I can buy them before I go home .

sorry. the parts book calls for 4- 7/16 x 1 3/4;
11- 7/16 x 3; and the brake cover gets 5- 3/8 x 3/4. All national coarse wit lock washers.
