It was a beautiful sight...Me on the cub rocketing down the road at a blistering 7mph or so! The steering is pretty loose, are the parts stilll available to fix it. It runs great..no smoke, however its not the original carb. im going to replace because choke is on wrong side. Also owner runs lead substitue and sae 30 non detergent oil. Is it necessary to do this? Thanks

Carm - Take a close look at the carb shaft. Some carburetors let you put the choke shaft in from either side. Could be someone before you had the carb apart and simply assembled the choke shaft back on the wrong side. If so a couple minutes and small screwdriver can make it right again.
