The Super A that I bought, didn't come with a draw bar. It also has an old 3 point conversion. My question is, should I go out and find a correct drawbar for it, or would I be ok just getting a drawbar from Tractor supply, that goes between the bottom links? I know it wouldn't be original, but the 3 point isn't original either. What do you think

Thanks for the advice guys. What you had to say is pretty much what I was concerned about, but thought I would throw it out just to get a more experienced opinion. I've got an old reciever hitch, that I'm going to stick a couple of pins in to use on the bottom links for moving a couple of trailers around in my yard (trailers I pull with pick up), but not planning on doing any heavy work with that set up. So I guess my next mission is locating a drawbar, along with the other implements that I need.

Thanks,
Kevin

Super A Man: I would have a look for a Super A drawbar. Those 3 point cross bars aren't very stable. There is the problem Jerry mentioned plus on down grade with heavy load it is not rigid enough.

The orginal drawbars are not that expensive or hard to come by. If you elect to use the 3 point drawbar BE CAREFUL of the height that you pull at. Try to keep it at the lower heights, as the higher the greater risk of the front end commong over on you.
