Does my 51' H have hydraulics?

I was looking at the 51' H I just got the other day and noticed underneath the starter that their are two spring loaded caps on each side, of I think is a built-in hydraulics. What would I need to get a valve and a line running out of it?
I also found out that it is still a 6 volt, it says 6V on the starter. When I bought it it had a 12V battery on it and now I have one on it now. Will it hurt it at all doing this. It starts very quickly. Thanks!

Yes, your H has hydraulics. The caps you see are the pressure ports. The pump is behind those caps and inside the frame. When this tractor was converted to 12 volt, they probably used the original starter, which is OK as long as you don't grind away at it.
