We took our old H, Mr. Haney, to the Saluda, N.C., Coon Dog Day Parade this year. And won best float. The nieces and nephews were really proud of their decorating job on the float, I didn't try to explain that it was that we had the only red tractor in town that day.

williamf, Looks like a good time was had by all. Most small town festivals, I have found to be very unique in all aspects. It is good to see whats going on outside of my backyard. SAY! Mr.Haney is sure-enough a mighty good lookin feller! I know you are very proud of him.
OBTW...You allready have a good start on a book called "Mr.Haney and the family went to ..." your next chapters could be...The ocean,
Disneyland,the Capital, etc,etc,
Have fun!
Later,
John A.

Not an expert on hounds, but I lean toward the REDbone and the REDtick.
