Can anyone give me an approximate price for new bearings for the governor on an H, or M Farmall?
Is there a source other than my Case-I.H. dealer, or will the dealer have the best price?
Since I don't need to purchase the bearings right now, I don't want to bother the dealer just for a price check.

Motion Industries had every bearing for the governor on my H. Take the originals to the counter and what they can't cross reference, they will measure. Don't bother removing the snap ring on the large front bearing, it comes out of the case on that side and the new bearing will already have one on it.

You should be able to get mose of them from a good bearing supply house exceot the thrust bearing. I got all but that for my B at Motion Industries.

The center of the thrust bearing will knock out and then take the bearing to your local bearing supply and they can size it and order you a new one, i thought the one for my W-9 was a little high($48.00 + tax) but they were the only game in town. It fit perfict and she is running great. TR
