Dennis: I'm with KB on this one, I have operated about 4-5 766 and been around a dozen others. I have never seen one yet that wouldn't give most 100 hp a run for the money. There must be millions of these 360 engines out there with turbos in light trucks and turning 165hp.

My book says 79.73 for gas and 85.45 for diesel.

766 is rated at 85 horsepower, although with that D-360 engine, it might seem like it has a little more. 95 horsepower is not out of the question with some fuel pump ajustments. If those are actual hours and it has been well cared for, you have a good chance to get a nice tractor.

if 80 isn't enough you could always throw a turbo on it,get around 140 on so real easy.

No - They are more around 80hp. 966 was 95hp.
