Back in May I purchased a grill to a 300 Farmall from a guy in Bartlesville OK. The guys name is Steve Young. His e-mail address is SYoung9809@aol.com My check has long cleared the bank, like about a month ago. Needless to say, I haven't seen the grill, nor have I gotten any responce to my e-mails, or phone calls. DON'T buy any parts from this guy, unless of course, you have plenty of money to loose, because that is just what will happen .

In any case of fraud were the money value is over 500.00 dollars, it is a felony. States vary on their idea and I would look into the state that he is out of. You could let him know that if he doesn't either refund you total amount or give you the goods that he was to provide in the transaction, that he could be subject his state's punishment of fraud. If your lucky, you payed too much for it, say $500 too much, and you can get him on a felony charge in addition to the State's punishment. I would prosue this to the highest. Never let anyone take from you what you have worked too hard to get. (unless it's the IRS. LOL)

Sounds like the guy is not only a crook but also a dunce. Who would hire someone that cannot compose a complete sentence? I guess he has to steal to earn his living.

Fred, Always pay with a postal money order. Mail fraud is a Federal Offense. Postal Security handles these cases.

Thanks for the tip. I have used money orders before, but never thought about the Post Office being able to go after small time crooks. I hate getting stiffed, even if it's only for a few bucks. Thanks!!

I know how you feel Fred. Years ago I ordered an overdrive transmission from a Vender in California and got the shaft to the tune of $1000.
My suggestion is that you check here on this board before ordering from unheard of venders or just to see what other people might have to say about what vender you are considering to do business with.
