Cub Ammeter Question

Where are the proper places to wire in the ammeter on a farmall cub. This is a 6V tractor, which I suppose will make no difference.

Usually only one wire goes on the one terminal. This would be the wire from the generator regulator. (I think it is the terminal on the left side, when viewed from the front). All other wires go to the other terminal. If your ammeter reads backwards, simply reverse the wires at the ammeter.

I meant the one single wire goes to the battery, not the generator regulator...
