I have a problem that has occurred with my super M that I hope I can get help with. The tractor runs fine cold but, when it gets hot it "breaks up" and total looses power. During the Winter I changed points, plugs, condenser, cap, and wires. When this problem first developed I changed the coil but it did not solve the problem. I also removed the bottom plug on the carburetor and flow is very good. The tractor ran great 2 weeks ago. Could the condenser and/or points go bad that quick? I would be greatful for any help, I like to pull my conditioner with this tractor.

I've had both my H and M act that way due to a leak in the intake manifold - it doesn't cost anything to look it over for cracks or just loose. Make sure your carb is on tight too.

Sure could be plugs if they are not the right plug for the engine some are useing plugs in that D18Y range I could not get the old $ cylinders to run on them.
