Does anyone know if the various implements that are attached to the IH Cub Tractor use special bolts or did they use standard bolts.

Yes, all true and there are two lengths. Make sure you are not using the longer length when the implement needs the shorter bolt or you will break the bottom of the casting out.

Cub implement bolts have a tapered shoulder on the head.
