When I go to start my Cub and it turns over but doesn't satrt, my carb leaks. Is this a natural thing of what???!!!

Farmall Nut posts a good answer. A different technique may help, too. Try pulling the starter rod first, then pulling the choke actuating rod. As soon as the tractor fires, quickly push in the choke rod. This reduces the time that the choke is applied and drawing excess fuel from the float bowl.

sounds like you are choking it too much and causing it to flood. Try choking it less. If this does not help then the float level may be a bit too high and need adjustment.
