Clutch pedal was all the way down. Tractor is split apart. Throw out bearing will not turn. Is it suppose to? Clutch was stuck to flywheel.
Need help.

I have a 1953 Farmall Cub. I am trying to set up for a rear finish mower. I've just found out the PTO turns counterclockwise. Any way I can change this to clockwise to run a finish mower. Please E-Mail me at roy70068@yahoo.com

No, the throw-out bearing is just a graphite block. You can still get the original type from your IH dealer or you can get an automotive type throwout bearing from Bates.
