Hydraulic fluid is leaking ino the engine crankcase, evidently from the pump on my Super A. How does this happen? Do I need to rebuild the touch control unit too or only the pump?

I rebuilt my pump last year. A small o-ring on the pump shaft gives out and allows hyd. fluid into the engine. Mine went all at once and in a matter of a few minutes my hyd. fluid was all in the engine. My hyd. quit working and she began smoking out the stack like a steam engine. If you do it yourself be sure to mark the gears so they mesh the same when it goes back together. I didn't and now mine is noisy.

Bronco, I'de rebuild the pump only, that is unless the touch control unit is not working properly. Mey
