Can anyone help me with the capacities for F=12 Waukesha and F-14 with I.H. engine. I can not find the Waukesha specs in any of the manuals and would like to change the fluids for the show season. And if you have the filter numbers or I can take the old filters with me to the store. Thanks

The Waukesha engine takes the same filter as the IH engine. IH # is 376375R91, NAPA #1125. I just changed the oil in my Waukesha last fall but I don't remember how much oil it took. The oil drains back out of the filter when the engine isn't running so you don't need to worry how much the filter holds. Just keep putting oil in till it hits the full mark on the dipstick. I think it took around 5-6 qts.

The filter for the IH engine is the same one that is used on H's & M's with the tall filter. Don't remember the #, but it is NOT the Fram C-135, which is the short filter for H's & M's. My $0.02 worth. jal-SD

Were there two different filter setups for the 12s,14s like the Hs and Ms because my 14 takes the same short filter as my M with the short filter. I usually change the oil and filter in both at the same time.

Only the H had a short or long filter. The M had a large or small diameter filter but both were about the same length. The long (early) filter for an H is the same as the small (late) filter for an M.

Part #s;
early H, and late M is 376375R91,
Late H is 376374R91, and early M is 376376R91.

Yea, Im got mixed up. I forgot I had an H until last rear and it was that and the 14 I changed the oil in at the same time and got the same filter for each.

According to the original owners manual the F-14 with the IH engine will hold "approx. 5 1/2 U.S. quarts" of oil. I use a Fleetguard oil filter supplied by Rice Equipment #LF-584. If the supply house does not have that filter, they should be able to cross it over to another brand. You may have to add another quart to make up for the oil filter. The transmission holds "approx. 4 U.S. gals". The coolant system holds "approx. 3 1/2 U.S. gals". And the fuel tank is "approx. 12 U.S. gals". The worm gear on top of the bolster holds less than a quart. I use the same fluid as the transmission.
