My Super C has a broken oil petcock which is broken off even with the large boss on the oil pan. Is there any way to get the petcock out? Also can the whole larger diameter boss be unscrewed from the pan? If so is it RH thread? I guess the petcock is hollow like a brake bleeder screw, sometimes they got the pointed end crushed due to overtightening.

Thanks for the offer, if I can remove it, I might be able to repair it. I will let you know. Mainly I wanted to know if it was welded onto the pan or pipe threaded into the pan.

It will unscrew (lefty-loosey) with a pipe wrench. It has pipe threads.
Just broke one off on my Grandson"s Farmall C!!??
Now I have to get a new one & paint it, too.
The picture is "before".
