Hey how are u supposed to install that dang clutch pull back spring. I cant move it enough to get it latched?? Any tips or suggestions

I just pulled mine out the other day and have been thinking on how I am going to get it back in there. I thought I would try a block of wood cut to length to use as a pry pivot. Haven't done it yet, but give it a shot and let me know if it works., Bob

And wear leather gloves. Visegrips pulling on a spring equals skinned knuckles.

It is a stiff spring :-) I just clamp a vise-grip on the end of the spring and pull it.
