Just picked up a IH sickel bar mower and need to ID it. It has a chanel frame, a single trail wheel with four spokes and a bolt on rim. The PTO drives a large pulley that drives a smaller pulley and pitman arm (wood). The bearings are oil bath type. The mount looks like a three point draw bar with multiple holes, curved at the ends with a large bolt on eather side through the frame. It is set up for a hydraulic cylinder to lift the bar. It looks to be a "newer" style. Not a real fossel. Works to. Thanks for any help, PK.

If you can post a picture it will help as there are 3 or 4 different mowers like this. 25V,27V,31 and maybe another or two.

Go to farmall-h.com and look under "implements" for pics of a number 31 mower...

Best bet is to search through the implement photos on the left hand side of the page and do internet searches to find a picture... or provide us with a picture.

Sorry I can't be of much help on this, I'm familiar with the balanced head IH mowers.
