could anyone tell me about timing on a td9 has the 350 motor switched it over to a coil and one wire alternator when it goes to start on gas it back fires like its out of time but when you have the 1 cylinder all the way up its hitting on 1 on the cap could you tell what the firing order is and where to find the timing mark on the damper pulley has ponter on pulley but cant seem to find line on it thanks mike

The firing order is 1-3-4-2. If there is no notch on the drive pully, look on the "front" of the pulley for the letters DC and a line. Did you change from Mag to distributor?
