Does anybody know about a 664 int. if it is a good tractor? I think they were made just 2 years 72 and 73.

Thanks for all the info. I just purchased one it needs a little work, it is 65 hp, it is bear dog in small frame.

A 664 is basically just a 544 Utility with a little more power, so yes, it is a good design. Like George said, they are quite uncommon. I've never even seen a picture of a 664. Would you be able to post a pic of it?

An old woman that owns a farm I had leased, has one her late husband bought new. I have used it several times and the worn out shifting linkages was the only thing I ever had trouble with. It would pull 3x16s anywhere. I tried to buy it, but she wouldn't part with any of her husbands stuff. She also has a 39 H with perfect sheet metal on it. He bought it new as well.

They are a good tractor. I think there was less than 900 of them made.
