Bearings are not hard to find. You do need a good press to replace them and they have to be pressed off. The trick is putting the new ones back. The seals are not hard to get also. Just take the old one to any bearing place and they can get them. Woods does recomend to replace the bearings. They say to replace the whole spindle. You do need to load the new ones correct or they will be too tight and you will just ruin them.

What do you mean when you say, "You must load the bearings just right???"

Not sure about Woods but I had to buy the bearings for an old Arts way belly mower this week. The ones on the idler pully. I got them at a local machine shop. I would have to look at my ticket to see what the bearings cost cause I had some welding done on a broken braket also but the total was $88. I cant belive how quite my old mower deck now.

There is no such thing as Woods parts at a "decent price".
