What is all contained in the I&T manuals? It looks like the one i'm looking at covers models A-Super M-TA. Will this manual give engine diagrams and instructions on how to take apart and rebuil the entire engine on all the diffrent models? I need it to cover the front of the md as i could use all the help i can get. I ust dont wanna buy a book that i cant use? whats all included in I&T shop servise manuals? thanks ahead of time jonnnny2006

Amen to the parts book and IH manuals, The exploded view diagrams in the parts book have been a huge help for me lately dealing with the "blown" M clutch and the H rear end bearing problem. The IH service manual has some good charts in them that help a lot also. I recently Bit the bullet and got the opertors, service and parts manuals for my H and M. $$$ for 6 manuals but it was worth it.

The IT manuals are good supplements, but are not as detailed on most things as are the IH manuals -- The IH manuals are somewhat lacking also. Conversely, sometimes the IT manual has things that are not in the IH manuals. Get both, the IT manuals are cheap. I refer to both when making repairs.

I've been able to do fine with an I&T manual, although a parts manual would be good too.

I think you answered your own question. Get the IH manuals that are specific to your tractor and you'll be much happier than with the IT manuals.
