Stopped by the auction site, they have an old H (not even on the sale bill) - its axles measure 2 1/2" - I am assuming the "standard" size for a 350 is the same. The set of tires/rims and wheels are laying beside it. When I measure the hub hole on the wheels they come up to 2 3/4". Will the "extra" wheels fit a 350 or are they for a 504 or some other smaller newer tractor (double bevel rims with 13.6 - 38 tires)?

I'm wondering if they will fit H/300/350 since the tires and rims on the H are in terrible condition while the extra set is in pretty good condition. I am assuming the owner bought them to put on the H and found out they wouldn't fit.

The 300's and the earlier 350's had 2 1/2 inch axels, just like the H did. The later 350's had the 2 3/4 inch axels like the M did. The thing that always threw me was that the old F12's had 2 5/8 inch axels. They would go on an H, but not vice versa.

Did a search like I should have in the first place - they will not interchange. I thought the sizes were (generally) 2 1/2" for an H/300/350/460 and 3" for an M/400/450/560 but its not.

We used to have a 350 that had 2 3/4s and all three of our 460s have 2 3/4s.
