Anyone out there cleaned the front grill of an H with the "electolitic tank" cleaning method? I am wondering what it would do to the wire in the grill. Thanks, John

I dunked the whole thing in a tank for 2 days. After that, I hit it with the pressure washer and was good. It did no damage to the wire on mine.

not too long ago there was a discussion on this. look back a month or so. I believe Tom Windsor recently did electrolysis cleaning on his H. That and pictures should only be several weeks back.Go to "search this site" on the left of the page and enter electolysis and I'll bet you can get lots of answers. Most people that do it swear by it.
