I'm trying to find a Lift All cylinder that was used with the Farmall's for the cultivators. I have one adapted to my 5' bushhog, but it has a bad score in it and I can't stop it from leaking. I have no problem rebuilding one. Must be one for me out there somewhere?

I've got a pair of those. Don't know what they are worth. Shipping from Iowa to Maine might be prohibitive.

Unless you have to have the IH version, you can buy a two-way at any tractor store and vent the "down" side. Otherwise put an ad in the classifieds and start calling salvage yards. Two places that may have one are Steel Wheel Ranch 785-548-7437 and Bates Corp 800-248-2955, there are many others. And, a good machine shop can either fill the mark or make you a new shaft.

you can use a two way cylinder, just put a vent in the port that lowers the cylinder. the other thing you could look for is a cylinder for the planter markers on a cyclo 400 or 800 ih planter. the cylinders are fairly small but they are one way cylinders. i am using one on my jd #5 sickle mower behind an m and it works pretty good.

Buffalo planters in Columbus, NE also has those, possibly any planter manufacturer. The marker cylinders may be too light for a bush hog, I don't know.
