I'm not sure what the model number is but I'm looking for tines for the rear section of the 2 row cultivator used on an H. Its a hydraulic lift and not the steerable model. The rear tines are shaped like drag tines and there is a pair behind each wheel and in the center. They seem to have a different curve to them than any drag tines I've seen. I'm wondering if there is any place or any body with some for sale. Anybody tell me what the model cultivator is.

Look something like this old duck?

The cultivator came from the factory with a straight adjustable shank and an 8 to 9" duckfoot at each wheel track.

Oh, and thanks for not calling it a "cultivators" or a "set of cultivators". :>)

Can't say I've seen cultivators like yours - definitely not the model I have. I guess the main thing is do they get the job done.

that's a picture of my M. I posted it several years ago in the photo gallery. the decals are homemade. the cultivators are rebuilt from the ones my dad had on his 450.

Yepper,

I thought it was a neat picture of a lost piece of machinery so saved it for future reference.

Thanks Pard,

Allan

I never seen the i.h pictogram and the farmall name like that ever before. must be some type of after market deal. looks kinda strange as the i.h. pictogram looks like a fraud. anyhow its still a nice tractor.

I am not home right now, but I have the IH cultivator my dad bought new in about 1944. I also have the owners manual if anything in there will help you.
