Good Evening All!

My Farmall H has Condensation in the AMP Gauge.... Does anyone know how to get it out? It is in there, in Cold or Hot Weather... Gauge works fine, but I don't want it to rust-up on me... I did get it out, with a hair dryer, but it comes back over night.

Thanks,
FDNY

I've had some success using my better half's oven to "Bake" the gauge. Need a low low setting like 120 and let it stay in the oven for several hours. The reason it has condensation in it in the first place is that the seal has been compromised. Only sure way to remedy this is to invest in a new gauge. Even after baking the gauge, if you leave the tractor sit outside the "dew look" will most likely return.

The only way is to seal it up when it is dry. Clear Lexcel brand sealer (in a small tube will do it. Taking it out to carefully apply the sealer to clean seams is necessary. JimN
