I wasn't part of the last Farmall in the movies thread. But I found this link.

Not included in that is a clip from "The man in the moon". I was watching a biography on Reese Witherspoon, and one of her first roles was as a girl in love with a farm boy. He was working on an H, and that's why I remember it. :)

In the movie "Days of Thunder", there is either a 1066 black stripe or a 1086 being driven by Robert Duvall.

What't the movie that they show over and over again at Christmas? The one with the boy getting a BB gun for a gift and nearly shoots his eye out! Anyway, there a couple of glimpses of a Farmall (H) pulling a float in the Christmas parade.

a black and white gene autry movie with gabby hayes (that narrows it down to a few hundred) had "mammoth" tractors which were relabeled farmalls.

In the Canadian film "Red Earth, White Earth", which was filmed around Montreal, Quebec, around 1988 has an 885 from my local dealer, and a Super H stage 11, with a 33 loader. That tractor was supplied by me. The producer asked my local dealer for a tractor (the 885). Then he came back and wanted one of those old funny ones. ( a trycycle). I was about the only person in his territory (foolish enough) to have any. The SH was painted the month before. Looked alright in the film, but must have idled it a lot as it smoked a bit of blue in the film. And the royalties was a big thank you!!!!! QR

I added that when if flipped to page two.

I remember it because my future wife cried her eyes out while watching it. Kind of drove home the danger of operating an open station tractor in the most basic chore.

There are also IHs' in the movie "Twister", although I think they are mainly props.
