I just bought a drop center 11 inch rim for my Super H. It came off an M. I had to search high and wide for this rim. Seems no one makes that one, and they are pretty scarce. I paid 125 dollars, but the rim is near perfect, have never seen a better used one. So if you all see a fence row Farmall with two good drop center rims figure it has 250 dollars worth of rear rims alons. I found dozens of bevel rims cheap! I wouldn't trade that wider drop center for three bevel rims! SHop accordingly.

As CNKS said you have the wrong rim for an H. You can use it, but will need the clamps from a 300/350 or something along those lines.I would take it back and try to find the right one.

From your description you have the wrong rim. Other interpretations -- if by double step, you mean drop center and it is the one for your tractor, it will bolt on with no problem. If it is a double bevel rim, the original clamps won't fit. I do not know if the later clamps will fit the H or not.
