It's not always handy to have your air driven tools available. I found a great backup is the DeWalt 18v Hammer Drill with both the 3/8 and 1/2 inch drivers stuck in the receptacles. You can spin nuts and bolts fast, after breaking them with a bar or ratchet. And set the torque so you don't break your wrist. Torque with appropriate tool.

I got mine on ebay. There's a seller there, forgot his name (Tommytool'?) that has dewalt stuff on contiually. About 75 dollars Sure works great when you are rotating tires also.
