Can anybody tell me the difference in a 8060 head and one with 362174-R1 on it?

the 8060 head is an m head. the combustion chamber is a deep set box. the displacement is around 200cc's. the 362174 head is a 400 or 450 gas head. the combustion chamber is much more open and not as deep for better air flow. the displacement is around 170 cc's.

That is what I thought. I had a guy claiming the 8060 would produce more power, I thought this was wrong because my M has 8060 and my 400 has 362174-R1
