Machine was running a couple weeks ago but always flooded real easy. Now it is a dead machine. Has spark to plugs, and lots of clean new fuel, and fuel runs from carburator if fuel left on. Have taken air cleaner off to see if choke working okay and it is. Acts like it wants to start up but only for a couple fires of the system. I have even tried a 12 volt battery, and hope I have not fried something

By now, you're plugs may be dead from being soaked with gasoline fo so long. mike

One thing you might try just to get it to start is. Turn off the gas, pull the drain plug out of the bottom of the carb, then turn on the gas for a few minutes, catch the gas as it comes out. Turn the gas back off and put the drain plug back in. Then turn on the gas and count to 30, turn the gas back off and try to start it. If it fires up turn the gas back on fast, doing that may clear some dirt out of the float needle and even fix your problem. Watch it close if it does fire up because if its a bad float it will start to flood pretty fast.

It may be flooding itself to death. If gas runs out of carb while not running you need to take the carb apart and look around in there a little. Either the float is out of whack or the needle valve may have junk between it and its seat not allowing it to shut off the fuel flow.

To add to Georges post, pull a plug and see if they are wet with gas.
