So I got a new gauge and the pressure at full power is around 60lbs. The tractor warms up and at idle will drop to 45 or so....looks like the engine is pretty good. Do you think I should check/rebuild the pump or let it go? Thanks for all the help!

When it gets down to 20psi at full throttle, you can think about a rebuild... For now you have a near perfect oil pressure.

Was not much better than that when it was new.

I'd just let it go. Andy.
