Was rummaging around Ebay tonight looking for some quality Farmall cultivator shanks (mine are shot from 40 years of use stripped bolts/lost motion and sitting outside by previous owner) when I came across what looks like everything needed to make a Super A through 140 into a fast hitch tractor.

Hugh, think everything is there to make a fast-hitch conversion? I already have a fast-hitch 140 and know there's some fast-hitch wannabes on this forum.

I do not see the draft control link in the pile of stuff. That is the bar that goes from the RH rockshaft to the front of the bail to control the tilt of the hitch. Not needed for some things, but a must have for plowing and some other implements. It could be there, but I don't see it. This part is frequently missing as it's removed when using the tractor to cultivate. I will say that I have bought from this person before also and the service and parts quality has been top notch.

Haas, are you talking about the diagonal link that goes across the hitch? The one that can be locked down in a set position with the bullet-point lever handscrew? If so, it is in the picture at about the 6:30 position on the pallet.

No, I am talking about the one that goes from the front of the hitch (where the main beam attaches to the bail at the front) to the front rockshaft on the rh side of the gas tank. It is part number 520086 R1. You must have this part if you are using a plow with the hitch. It tilts the hitch so the point of the plow will dig into the ground. I had to buy a new one for my hitch. Cost $75 plus the shipping.

I think he was talking about the one that goes from the front lift arm down to the front end of hitch to adjust depth. Call Brad and ask if it is there, he won't lie to you. the number is 1-888-834-0544. He also has new parts for those tractors.

I know the guy that has this for sale. And every piece will be there. He has lots of fast hitch parts for those tractors. He is a great guy to deal with.
