44 M Generator/Alternator belt replacement

Is there an easy way to change this belt? without removing the one on the fan?

If not,since there is no adjustment on the fan belt, What is the easy way to take it off, and put it back on

Removing the Waterpump/Fan belt:
There is a square headed set screw on the Fan hub with a lock nut to secure it. Loosen and remove it. (lock nut first) squirt liquid wrench, PB blaster, or favorite juice in the threads, and setscrew hole. Let sit for several days if possible with additional juice. Use a brass punch to gently unscrew the front half of the big pulley, allowing the Pulley halves (shive) to seperate enough to lower the belt enough to get it off the bottom pulley. Then snake a new belt on over the fn, over the hub, under the belt, and onto the Gen pulley (loosened adjustment of course). Then tighten the main drive belt in reverse of loosening. It should have about 3/8" of pretty free slack between the pulleys on tha big guy. Overtightenig ruins the hub bearings. JimN
