I recently purchased a "47 Farmall H and it has the New Idea Horn H5 loader. Need help locating repair manual, operating manual. It is leaking from the tops of both cylinders. Would like to restore it. Any help appreciated. I have started collecting and restoring Farmall H"s as a hobby. Am a Methodist pastor looking to retire in a couple of years and need a hobby. The upper end of the actuator unscrews (sometimes using lots of torque) and slides off. Inside that end piece you'll see a groove for a large o-ring to be inserted. This o-ring is what seals the actuator. NAPA stocks this size o-ring. Replace the o-ring, re-assemble and bleed the cylinder using the set screw on the side of the end piece. Use any and all safety precautions. Have fun.
