I SAW ON POST WHERE YOU HAD THE WRIGHT SIZE O- RING FOR 113 OVERBORE TO 3.25, AND ARE THESE USED WITHOUT CUTTING THE GROOVE ANY DEEPER IN THE BLOCK? THANKS FOR ANY HELP..... .....

More than one o ring can be placed in the existing groove if the space is pretty much taken up from top to bottom, and the section of the rings used do not extend out more than 20% of the diameter of the section. Care must be taken on assembly to assure they are seated, and not crossed with each other. Another possible solution is to mill the outside of stock 3.25 sleeve O rings using a groved mandril and grinding gently to mill the outer surface so it has the same (or a little less) extension into the spigot hole. I would then use blue RTV on the flat of the ground Oring to assure a seal in the old groove bottom.
All of these will require some practical engineering and measurement. Orings need to compress into their groove about 20% to seal corectly in the groove. One that is ground will have less resiliance. I hope this helps, JimN
